Supply Pick Up

We have been working on a plan to return your student’s materials to you. For the last several days, our teachers have been coming in a few at a time to bag up your child’s things. Next Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday we will be here to get those things to you. Here is the procedure:

Sign up for pick up times will take place in the Skyward Conference Scheduler. You may start signing up Thursday morning, May 7th at 8:00 am. The scheduler will close on Tuesday morning, May 12th at 8:00 am. You can find instructions for using the conference scheduler at the link below.

Pickups will take place on Wednesday, May 13th, Thursday, May 14th, and Friday, May 15th.

You only have to sign up in one slot per family. Pick your oldest child’s teacher, sign up for a time that works for you, and use that for your entire family. One sign up ensures you can come at that time and pick up all of your children’s supplies.

Use the 2-5 car line on Webster, as we will be delivering through the gym doors.

Please do not get out of your cars. If you can pop your trunk or hatch from the inside, please do and we will put the items in your car, otherwise we will hand them through the window.

If you make a sign with your family name to show through the passenger’s side window or dash as you pull up that will help things go quickly.

The librarian will be there to pick up any library books you may need to return. If you will roll down your window and wave the book, she will come to the car with gloves and a mask and collect it.
